I took this prime focus shot of the almost Full Moon rising on 2005/6/21 using a Canon EOS Digital Rebel DSLR camera and an 80mm f/5 Orion ShortTube 80 achromatic refractor. The Moon was highly colored by the Earth's atmosphere as it cleared the horizon. The location was near Chambers Hill, Pennsylvania.
