Barnard 214 + vdB 27

Barnard 214 is the large dark nebula at the top center of the image.

van den Bergh 27 (Ced 31, DG 30, LBN 785 and others) is the golden reflection nebula illuminated by V* RY Tau (HD 283571, HIP 20387 and others).

Luminance – 24x600s – 240 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 8x300s – 40 minutes each – binned 2x2

360 minutes total exposure – 6 hours

Imaged October 16th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd, 2017 from Dark Sky New Mexico at Rancho Hidalgo (Animas, New Mexico) with a SBIG STF-8300M on an Astro-Tech AT12RCT at f/8 2432mm.
