Sharpless 2-98

Sharpless 98 (LBN 154) is an emission nebula associated with Wolf-Rayet (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wolf%E2%80%93Rayet_star) star WR 130. The object is located approximately 11,000 light-years away in Cygnus.

Ha – 18x1800s – 540 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 8x300s – 40 minutes each – binned 2x2

660 minutes total exposure – 11 hours

Imaged from Dardenne Prairie, Missouri (a red zone) on August 4th, 8th and 17th, 2017 with a SBIG ST-8300M on an Astro-Tech AT90EDT at f/6.7 603mm.
