I am an amateur astronomer besides being interested in a lot of other hobbies like scale aircraft modeling, aviation, photography, art, museums, history, travel, architecture and listening to western classical music. My interests in astronomy are sketching astronomical objects at the telescope, astrophotography, eclipses, comets, meteor showers, planets, solar / lunar observations and deep sky objects. I am an aircraft service engineer and work in the Line Maintenance Division of Air India in Mumbai at the international airport servicing all types of aircraft with Air India as well as some foreign airlines.
