NGC 2968 (UGC 5190, PGC 27800 and others) is the large spiral with the prominent bar at the center of the image. Located approximately 83 million light-years away in Leo, this one appears to have a faint plume interacting the NGC 2970 above it.

NGC 2964 (UGC 5183, PGC 27777 and others) is the spiral below NGC 2968.
