Arp 143 consists of NGC 2444 (UGC 4016, PGC 21774, VV 117/117a and others), a peculiar spiral above NGC 2445 (UGC 4017, PGC 21776 and others), an irregular, Magellenic type. Arp lists these in his E and E-like Galaxies – Material Emanating from E Galaxies class. It seems like he thought NGC 2444 (on top) was an elliptical. These are located in Lynx near Castor and Pollux.
The nice spiral to the right is MCG+07-16-015 (PGC 21754 and others).

RGB – 8x300s – 40 minutes each – binned 2x2
400 minutes total exposure – 6 hours 40 minutes
