Sharpless 176 (LBN 597) is a very faint planetary nebula (remnant?) located approximately 460 light-years away in Cassiopeia.
Ha – 18x1800s – 540 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 8x300s – 40 minutes each – binned 2x2
660 minutes total exposure – 11 hours
Imaged from Dardenne Prairie, Missouri (a red zone) over five nights in December, 2017 and January, 2018 with a SBIG ST-8300M on an Astro-Tech AT90EDT at f/6.7 603mm.
