Cygnus "waterfall"

This is an image of Pickering's Triangle, the central region of the huge Veil Nebula complex in Cygnus. The image was taken with a 12.5” PlaneWave scope and a Quantum Scientific Imaging 640-ws camera working at f/5.2. It’s an LRGB composite image with a total integration time of 10.5 hours. It was “pieced together” over a 5 night period from August to October 2013 as I dodged monsoonal weather and lousy seeing in Southern California.
