This 90-second-long image of the globular cluster M13 (NGC 6205) in Hercules was captured remotely on April 29, 2013, using the Bradford Robotic Telescope's 14" f/11 Celestron C14 SCT and FLI MicroLine camera located on Tenerife in the Canary Islands. A Celestron focal reducer yielding an effective focal length of 1877mm at f/5.3 was employed.
North is up in this image. The three "dark lanes" known as the Propeller can be seen on the left. Two lines of brighter stars at M13's center form an X.
