This is the first and best of the handful of afocal shots of the transit that I was able to take through a 101mm f/5.4 Tele Vue refractor, a 35mm Tele Vue Panoptic eyepiece, and a Baader Planetarium AstroSolar™ Safety Film white light solar filter. The camera used was a Canon PowerShot SD980 IS set on auto. Unfortunately, it was just too cloudy to warrant setting up my Canon DSLR for prime focus imaging.
