This 30-second-long image of the Type IIP supernova SN 2012A in NGC 3239 (Arp 263) in Leo was captured remotely at 02:14 UT on 2012/2/18 using the Bradford Robotic Telescope's 14" f/11 Celestron C14 SCT and FLI MicroLine camera located on Tenerife in the Canary Islands.  A Celestron focal reducer yielding an effective focal length of 1877mm at f/5.3 was employed.  The supernova is the first "star" to the left of the bright tenth-magnitude field star near the center of the image.
