The Total Lunar Eclipse on 27 July 2018

On 27 July 2018, a prolonged total lunar eclipse occurred and provided a good opportunity to take many photographs from the red face of the Moon. In fact, it was the longest eclipse of the 21 century, lasting more than 100 minutes.

Telescope: William Optics 80mm ZenithstarII ED + Orion Field Flattener
Camera: Canon EOS 50D modified
