M92 - Globular Cluster in Hercules

This is a picture of M92. It is a globular cluster in the constellation Hercules and is about 26,000 light years away. It is about 109 light years in diameter and has a mass of about 330,000 suns. The imaging details are shown below.

Location: Rancho Hidalgo, NM

Telescope: TEC-140 (F7)

Camera: SBIG ST-8300M

Mount: AP900 FTO

Luminance: 10x3 minutes (unbinned)

Red: 6x5 minutes (unbinned)

Green: 6x5 minutes (unbinned)

Blue: 6x5 minutes (unbinned)
