Last night, June 19, 2013, the Planets, Mercury and Venus were about two degrees apart in the Western sky. A beautiful sight at Sun set as our two innermost Planets teamed up to create this celestial pairing among the clouds. Their closest approach to each other for 2013.

Photograph made on 06/19/2013 at 21:30:2013 local time in Jadwin, Missouri.

0"4 second exposure at f4.1 with an ISO of 640. A Cannon 60Da Camera was used with a Baader Vario finder scope as a lens.

And so continues, The Dance of the Planets. Hope you like my picture.
