It’s nice seeing the familiar winter constellations coming back into view! Here are the stars Castor and Pollux (found in the constellation Gemini) rising in the eastern skies of Pennsylvania about 3 hours after sunset. Can you can see the color difference between them? Pollux is the yellowish or light orange-colored star between the trees.
Tech Specs: Tripod mounted Canon 6D and Canon EF70-200mm f/2.8L USM lens, single exposure of 10 seconds (when you zoom in you can see some slight star trails), ISO 3200, f/2.8, 70mm. Photo taken on November 22, 2016 from Weatherly, Pennsylvania.
