This was my second night using my telescope I just purchased (actually second night ever using a telescope). The image is a stacked image of about 26 images with a total of about 13 minutes and 30 second total exposure time.
Date: October 17 between 2am - 3am
Location: 30 minutes south of Houston, Texas in my backyard
Camera: Nikon D3200 - no lens - mounted directly onto the telescope
Telescope: Orion SkyView Pro 8" with dual axis motor drive
Post processing was done by a generous fellow who has more experience in PixInsight and Lightroom than I do.
