This is a nebula complex in the constellation of Cygnus, a mixture of emission (red) and reflection nebulas (blue). Both colors are caused by radiation from a group of young, very hot stars, members of the Cygnus OB2 association. The image was captured with a 12.5" PlaneWave telescope and a QSI-640ws camera working at f/5.2. Data were collected on 7/13-7/14 and 8/15-8/16 2015 from a dark sky site near Anza, CA. Total integration time for the LRGB image was 8.8 hours.
