IC 5332 (ESO 408-9, PGC 71775 and others) is a faint face on spiral galaxy located approximately 33 million light-years away in Sculptor.

There’s a large cluster of galaxies at the bottom left. These are part of Abell 4010.

At -36 Dec, IC 5332 was only 21 degrees high on the meridian. Poor skies also contributed to the rough data.

Luminance – 12x600s – 120 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 8x300s – 40 minutes each – binned 2x2

240 minutes total exposure – 4 hours
