May 13, 2009

Messier 64, NGC 4826 the Black Eye Galaxy
Approximately 24 million light years from earth in the Coma Berenices Constellation
 
Camera: Canon EOS 50D
Prime Focus with Celestron C80ED f/7.5 Refractor
Exposures: 12 x 120 seconds, ISO 800
Mount: Celestron CG5 GT.
Autoguiding with Stark Labs PHD. 
Processing in Photoshop
