The solar disk showing Sunspot AR 1974, photographed on February 13, 2014 at about 10:00 CST from Jadwin, Missouri USA. The image was made with a home made 108mm solar scope that uses a Baader Safety wedge with an internal solar continuum filter and in this case, a ND filter of 1.4. A Cannon 60Da camera was used in monochromatic mode. All was mounted on a Losmandy G-8 GEM.
