Annular eclipse 2013

2013 May 10 annular eclipse as seen one hundred kilometers south of Newman (Western Australia), along the Great Northern Highway.

I used a catadioptric MTO lens with 700mm focal lenght, f/7, mounted on Nikon D7000, exposure 1/250 at 100 ISO.

This shot was taken few seconds before the start of the annular phase. Solar red chromosphere was cleary visible.
