The Moon, January 7, 2012

Waxing Gibbous Moon, January 7th 2012 at 08:48 P.M. MST. Just one day before full. Very chilly and breezy night. Not enough to keep me inside though!

 

Meade Saturn 4.5 inch newtonian, with a Celestron 32mm plössl, and a Antares 2x barlow lens.

Taken with a Olympus C-750 UZ.   1/400 second, at f/2.8, ISO 100.

No editing except cropping done, I used Adobe Photoshop CS.
