I took this photo with a Cannon Power Shot S80 on Dec 5 while we were building an observatory for the Mn Astronomical Society just east of St Paul, MN. It was a cool morning with thin clouds, just right for the halo. The halo lasted for about an hour. (1/2000 sec, auto mode)
