Simply the humble Moon in my daily life before my study room.

Shot on December 23, 2007, 18:52, from the wall window of my study room. The Moon is rising from the highest mountain in Santiago de Chile (Cerro El Plomo, 6000m) The "telescope" (sorry!) is not the Kepler but my poor digital Nikon camera. I challenge the viewers to say the reason why the Moon rising seems so big and magnificent. There is a scientific reason, guess it!
