M4 Globular Star Cluster up-close on June 29th, 02:12ut. M4 is one of the largest globular star clusters in our galaxy in terms of the number of stars in the cluster. It features a characteristic "bar" structure across its core. M4 is approximately 7,200 light years away from us.
