The Halloween Pleiades (M45)

on Tuesday, November 1, 2016

I captured this view on the evening of October 31, 2016 about one hour after sunset from Weatherly, Pennsylvania. It shows the Seven Sisters, Pleiades star cluster rising in the east behind some maple trees still sporting some late leaves.

Tech Specs: Canon 6D, Canon EF70-200 f/2.8L USM lens, ISO 3200, 10 seconds, f/2.8, 75mm, tripod mounted, Tiffen star filter. Image Date: October 31, 2016.
