2010/05/09  (started at 00:05 UT)

100 minutes total exposure (5 min. single frames) using CCDSoft
Dark reduction and average combine using Deepskystacker

Televue NP101is, SBIG ST8300M and Losmandy GM8 mount
Astronomik CLS filter

The Cat's Paw Nebula is located in Scorpius. It is a wonderful emission nebula where massive stars are born. This image also includes some dark lanes such as Barnard 257 to the north (up in the image).
