Spiral Galaxies NGC 4725 and NGC 4712

Located in the constellation Coma Berenices are the two spiral galaxies NGC4725(left) and NGC4712(right). NGC4725 is a one armed barred spiral galaxy about 41 million light years away while NGC4712 is another spiral galaxy but located at a distance of about 200 million light years.

This is an 11 hour LRGB image taken with an 11" EDGE SCT and a QSI583wsg.

I took the image from Calgary Alberta.
