NGC 925 is a barred spiral galaxy in Triangulum, a comparatively close 15M light-years distant. The galaxy has over 130 cataloged ionized hydrogen regions, some of which are seen in this image. The image was captured using a 12.5" PlaneWave CDK telescope and a Quantum-Scientific QSI-640ws camera at f/5.2. The LRGB composition uses 10 hours of data collected from a dark-sky site near Anza, CA.
