NGC 1365

NGC 1365 is a Seyfert type galaxy in Fornax with a diameter of 200,000 light years. 

This image is an LRGB (180, 150, 135, and 105 minutes with 15 minute subexposures) using an Apogee U9 camera and a 16" RCOS telescope located at CTIO in Chile and used by the Star Shadows Remote Observatory group (www.starshadows.com).
