Comet Siding Spring (C/2013 A1)

Comet C/2013 A1 SIDING SPRING on September 25th, 23:56ut. Comet Siding Spring's dust tail will completely engulf the entire planet when Mars travels close to it on October 19th, 2014. NASA is taking steps to protect its Mars orbiters, while preserving opportunities to gather valuable scientific data in the process.
