Congratulations to the editors, writers, photographers, and illustrators of Astronomy magazine, the world’s largest magazine on the subject, for being honored as an Honorable Mention finalist in the annual Eddie Awards for editorial excellence.

Each year Folio magazine, the publishing industry’s bible, recognizes publications for outstanding editorial work with their Eddie Awards. This year, Astronomy magazine’s March 2015 package, “500 Coolest Things about Space,” was an Honorable Mention in the Consumer — Full Issue — Science category. The winner was the Spring 2015 issue of Distillations magazine, from the Chemical Heritage Foundation, and another Honorable Mention went to the Winter 2015 issue of Nautilus.
