A message sent out yesterday from Celestron’s Chief Executive Officer, Joe Lupica, announced a reorganized leadership structure at the largest telescope manufacturer in the United States. “I am proud to say the last three years have been record sales and income years for Celestron,” Lupica says, and he then elucidates his vision for strengthening Celestron’s management team for the future, which includes Lupica as CEO and longtime executive Alan Hale. The company’s new management team now includes Dave Anderson as president, a Celestron veteran of 15 years, as well as Victor Aniceto, vice president of sales/marketing, and Corey Lee, vice president of product development/engineering.

This new leadership structure for Celestron combines with a corporate plan for strengthening the company’s future, which includes among many things an active involvement in astronomy outreach activities to grow the hobby.
