OK, I know I've thrown lots of shuttle images at you over the last couple of weeks, but pretty soon there won't be any more to celebrate from recent history, so bear with me. I had to share the greatest image I've seen of Atlantis' landing, which concluded the STS-135 mission and the Space Shuttle Program, from friend and astroimager Chris Cook, who was in Florida covering the event for Astronomy. What a striking image this is!
