If you, like me and many others across the globe, weren't able to travel Down Under to witness the November 13/14 total solar eclipse, worry not. NASA has saved the day. Check out this two-minute video the space agency captured of totality from the northern tip of Australia, where Senior Editor Michael E. Bakich also experienced the event.

If you were lucky enough to see the eclipse in person, we'd love to see your photos. You can share them in the Sun and Moon area at www.Astronomy.com/readergallery or send them directly to the magazine at readergallery@astronomy.com and letters@astronomy.com. If you email them, please include your full name. Can't wait to see what you captured!
