NGC 1156 (UGC 2455, PGC 11329, VV 531 and others) is a dwarf irregular galaxy located approximately 24.8 million light-years away (https://academic.oup.com/pasj/article-pdf/64/2/23/17455463/pasj64-0023.pdf) in Aries.
Simbad notes that reflection nebula DG 11 is located just below and to the right of NGC 1156. I suspect this is part of the IFN located throughout Aries.
Asteroid 15703 Yrjola (mag 16.9 can be seen just below a bright star near the bottom center.
