HaRGB image of Thor's Helmet with 12.5 hours total exposure through a 12" LX200R scope on a Paramount ME.  Taken with an STL-11000M camera (Custom Scientific 5nm Ha filter and RGB filters).  Mostly unattended imaging over 9 days in February 2011 at Sierra Skies Observatory.  Thor's Helmet is a "bubble"- type nebula, created by a Wolf-Rayet star (near the center of the complex blue bubble structure) traveling through a molecular cloud some 10,000-15000 lightyears away.
