Sports Toto, Toto, 스포츠토토 and Proto are a type of lottery issued by Keitoto, a consignment company for sports promotion voting rights. It is legal gambling enforced by the state. Among them, the fixed refund rate method is called ' Toto ' and the fixed odds method is called 'Proto'.
