Sharpless 311

Sharpless 311 (Sh2-311, NGC 2467, Gum 9, LBN 1065 + 1067 and others) is a bright nebula located approximately 20,500 light-years away in Puppis.

Luminance – 10x600s – 100 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 10x600s – 100 minutes each – binned 1x1

400 minutes total exposure – 4 hours 40 minutes

Imaged January 27th and 30th, March 2nd and October 27th, 29th and 31st, 2022 at the El Sauce Observatory (Rio Hurtado, Chile) with a FLI PL 9000 on a PlaneWave CDK24 at f/6.5 3974 mm.
