Arp 126 (VV 122) consists of UGC 1449 (PGC 7417, VV 122b and others) the irregular spiral above the even more irregular MCG+00-06-010 (PGC 7415, VV 122a and others). Part of Arp’s ‘Elliptical and Elliptical-like Galaxies: close to and perturbing spirals’ class, these appear to be located approximately 236 million light-years away in Pisces.
