NGC 2371 + 2 (PK 189+19 1, PN G189.1+19.8 and others) is a planetary nebula located approximately 5068
light-years away in Gemini. At magnitude 13, it shows up as two objects visually – the reason for the
two NGC numbers. This one is about three degrees from Castor.

RGB – 10:8:8x300s – 50:40:40 minutes each – binned 2x2
370 minutes total exposure – 6 hours 10 minutes
