Abell 7 (PN A66 7, PN G215.5-30.8, PK 215-30.1 and others) is a faint planetary nebula located approximately 1614 light-years away (Gaia DR2) in Lepus. I found several mentions of the planetary being approximately 20,000 years old with the central star being 10 billion but I couldn’t find any cited papers. From a southern hemisphere site, this would be a good target for narrowband because it seems to be bright in OIII as well as Ha.
