Arp 56 consists of UGC 1432 (PGC 7359, VV 12 and others) the larger spiral interacting with PGC 212878. In Arp’s, “Spiral galaxies with companions on arms – high surface brightness companions” class, these are located approximately 350 million light-years away in Aries.
