MRSL 417 (DWB 10) is a faint Ha region found in Cygnus. It is roughly five degrees from Sadr and above the tulip nebula. The MRSL catalog of 698 nebulae was created Pavla Marsalkov in 1974 using 13 other existing catalogs. After taking this image, I determined that it is also known as Dickel, Wendker and Boeritz (DWB) 10. The catalog of various Ha regions located in the Cygnus X Region was published in 1969. The paper with catalog can be found here - http://adsabs.harvard.edu/full/1969A%26A.....1..270D.
