NGC 7331 (Caldwell 30, UGC 12113 and others) is an unbarred spiral galaxy located approximately 40 million light-years away in Pegasus. It is the largest member of the NGC 7331 or Deer Lick Group of galaxies which also includes NGC 7335 (the first galaxy to the left (east of 7331), NGC 7336 (the galaxy above 7335), NGC 7337 (the galaxy below 7335 and 7336) and NGC 7340 (the galaxy to the left of all of these).

RGB – 14x300s – 70 minutes each – binned 2x2
450 minutes total exposure – 7 hours 30 minutes
Imaged over four nights in June, July and August, 2017 from Dark Sky New Mexico at Rancho Hidalgo (Animas, New Mexico) with a SBIG STF-8300M on an Astro-Tech AT12RCT at f/8 2432mm.
