NGC 6866 (Melotte 229 and others) is an open cluster located approximately 4,700 light-years away in Cygnus.
I saw a hint of red in the background so I decided to collect some Ha exposures while the moon was big. The top left is cataloged as LBN 310. The rest of the nebula doesn’t appear to be cataloged.
