Sirius setting in the early morning of December 1, 2016

on Friday, December 2, 2016

I snapped this picture this morning before heading out to work, at 4:30 AM local time. The clouds were just starting to roll in from the west and the wind was howling. Can you see the Little Beehive star cluster to the lower left of Sirius?
Tech Specs: Canon 6D tripod mounted using a Canon EF70-200mm f/2.8L USM lens, ISO 3200, 10 seconds, f/2.8 and 73mm. Imaging was done on December 1, 2016 from Weatherly, Pennsylvania.
