Most photos of m42 burn out the trapezium center to view nebulosity, and most photos of the trapezium cluster fail to show much detail in the nebulosity. Using Carl Zambuto magnificent mirror, excellent contrast is obtained to view both the trapezium and great detail in the heart of this star-forming region. Dust globules and knots are condensing to new star system.
