The Pleiades (M45) in the eastern sky

on Friday, October 28, 2016

It’s that time of year in the Northern Hemisphere that we start to see the Pleiades star cluster, M45, now entering the evening sky. Looking forward to doing some wide-field imaging of this cluster this year, hopefully getting several hours of exposure on it using a 200mm lens.
Tech Specs: Canon 6D, Canon EF70-200 f/2.8L USM lens, ISO 3200, 8 seconds, f/2.8, 70mm. Image Date: October 25, 2016.
