Barnard 29 (also LDN 1523) is the round dark nebula at the center of the image. It is part of the Astronomy League’s Dark Nebulae Program.
LDN 1522 is above B29 and to the east (left).
Barnard 222 is above and to the east (left) of LDN 1522.
These are located approximately three degrees from IC 405 in Auriga.
Luminance – 12x600s – 120 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 8x300s – 40 minutes each – binned 2x2
240 minutes total exposure – 4 hours
